Death Stranding 2 llevará el título completo de «Death Stranding 2: On the Beach» y será lanzado para PlayStation 5 en 2025, según el anuncio realizado por el editor Sony Interactive Entertainment y el desarrollador Kojima Productions.

En «Death Stranding 2: On the Beach», Norman Reedus, Léa Seydoux y Troy Baker regresan al intrigante universo creado por Hideo Kojima. A este elenco se suman Elle Fanning, Shioli Kutsuna y el galardonado director de cine con un premio Oscar, George Miller.
